Step 1 — Register
Create your Xdata account first. Mail System setup starts after you sign in.
- Open client.xdata.id/Account/Register.
- Fill name, email, company, and password.
- Verify your email, then add Mail System.
Move mailbox from AWS WorkMail to Xdata Mail
XDATA email system has compatibility to migrate from AWS WorkMail that ends service on 31 March 2027. XDATA Mail System providing WorkMail-comparable capabilities and frictionless onboarding for easy migration, see below the easy step by step to move your mailbox from AWS to Xdata.
Step 2 — Domain and how many accounts
In Mail System setup, tell us the domain you already use on AWS WorkMail and how many mailboxes to host.
- Choose Existing domain.
- Type your domain (example: company.com).
- Set how many email accounts you need.
- Choose monthly or yearly, then continue.
Step 3 — AWS email and password
For each mailbox, enter the same address and password you use on AWS WorkMail. Xdata uses them only to copy mail.
- Select previous server: AWS.
- Choose Migrate all data.
- Fill every mailbox: name, email, AWS password.
Step 4 — Click migrate
After payment, open Mail System on the dashboard and click Migrate mailbox (or migrate all).
- Pay the Mail System invoice.
- Click Migrate on each account, or migrate all.
- Inbox, sent, drafts and folders copy from AWS to Xdata Mail.
Step 5 — Mailboxes ready to use
Each mailbox keeps its AWS data. You can send and receive on Xdata Mail.
- Open webmail with the same email and password.
- Or add the account in Outlook / iPhone (IMAP / SMTP).
- Point MX to Xdata when you are ready so new mail arrives here.
