• Complete the order details & confirm payment
• Contact WA Support / Ticket for the installation process

After your payment is verified:

• The technical team will schedule a time for your server installation or according to your schedule.
• You can send or bring the server, railkit, cable power to the data center location.
• The Xdata team will assist with the rack mounting and network connection process.

Bandwidth varies depending on the package you choose. Xdata provides options starting from 1 Gbps (dedicated) and 500Mbps international (shared), with multi-upstream connections to ensure stability and speed.

Maintenance can be done in two ways:

• On-site maintenance: You come directly to the data center after scheduling an appointment.
• Remote Hands: The Xdata team will help with checking or minor repairs according to your instructions.

No, the Colocation service does not include backups by default. However, Xdata offers backup service options with additional charge.

“U” (rack unit) is a unit of height for server racks. It is a single rackmount server space.

• So, a 2U server, for example, is about 8.89 cm high.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your space size (U) at any time, as long as there is an empty slot available in the same rack. The Xdata team will assist with the adjustment process.

If you want to retrieve your server:

• Submit an official request via a ticket.
• The Xdata team will verify the server’s ownership.
• Schedule a pickup time with the Xdata team.
• The server will be handed over after identity and administrative verification is complete.

Xdata provides Free Remote/Hands Support services such as:

• Restarting / Power cycling the server
• Installing or replacing cables
• Checking the status of indicator lights or hardware
• Installing additional devices (disks, RAM, etc.)
